Vince is an unbelievably talented artist, designer, creator, visionary, organizer, leader, optimizer and forward thinker. I never heard a critical word come out of his mouth with regard to the canvases he was presented with to transform. Instead, he always found the strengths and strategized around emphasizing those strengths while adding fresh improvements and iterating toward something truly remarkable. Almost immediately after Vince joined us, he had come up with endless palettes, libraries and documentation to encourage the whole team to rally around a strong and consistent way forward. The design we were left with was both functional, friendly and stunning. Professionally, Vince was always several steps ahead of everyone when it came to implementation and his commitment to providing full support across the team was always given quickly and passionately.
